Special Board Meeting

Sept. 12, 2022

Approved Minutes

Michael Pastore called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. 

Board Members present included: Michael Pastore, President; Abbey Bethel, President-Elect; Chris Currington, Secretary; Jim Dallas, Past President; Margi Koors; Nancy Lambert; Craig Markham; Karen Moske; Steven Shuman; and Gary Toribio. 

Board Members absent included: Debby Brown, Treasurer. 

Karen Moske made the motion to move to Executive Session. Craig Markham seconded. 

All voted in favor of moving to Executive Session at 6:02 p.m.

Executive Session lasted 53 minutes. 

Stephen Shuman made the motion to Executive Session. Nancy Lambert seconded. 

All voted in favor of exiting Executive Session. 

During Executive Session, the Board discussed an issue that was brought to its attention as a result of the previous General Membership Meeting. It was resolved that Michael Pastore will address the issues with the parties involved as well as make a statement at the next General Membership Meeting.

Nancy Lambert made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Karen Moske seconded. 

The meeting was adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
