ΙΙΙ) ANNOUNCEMENTS:

None

ΙV) Old Business

Tap N’ Run- Sean met with Alderwoman Young. She insists that the run organizers alter the route and make a larger financial contribution to the neighborhood.

Taste of St. Louis- Received payment of $4,329.99 for services rendered.

V) New BUSINESS:

Board elections will be held in April with terms beginning in May. Board discussed which members are interested in serving again and which SRG members might be good for the Board.

DennyWoods Loan- Board voted to pay off the remaining amount of the loan. The sum is just under $5,000

Board voted to again host Mardi Gras party on February 9. Details of the event will generally be the same as last year and will be handled by volunteers.

Board voted to donate 4 wristbands to SLUH scholarship fund
Board votes to support the reappointment of Billy Tomber to the Mardi Gras Inc Board.
